Hi, I downloaded all the files and played the VOB file on my computer but there was no subtitles. Do i need to burn it into DVD-Video to enable subtitle function? Thanks.

No, you don't need.
you can enable it in menu, or in options of the program you use. (advise u to use power DVD or VLC player=)
