There are lots of bluray re-rippers like PT and HR, but these are the only files that are 100% Apple TV HD compliant.
For some playback devices you may enjoy the video file better in a MKV container. Download mkvtoolnix and remux to MKV (you likely will not need the AAC track so skip this, unless you just want to keep it, if so make the AC3 track the 2nd track and default track).
