The video on this VHS transfer is pretty washed out and needs a bit more contrast, but is otherwise clear and very watchable. The audio is very good -- about the best you can expect from a VHS transfer.

audio is really good, video is incredibly washed out but high resolution. i guess it's that old problem of watching a VHS tape too many times and the colors go kaput, nothing to do with "rip" really. thanks again.

You all know this is the 1984 movie of the same title. HARRY DEAN STANTON is NOT in the 2010 movie nor is Emilio Estevez. BUT BOTH these actors ARE in the 1984 movie. Its about a CAR repo guy and he ends up discovering an Alien presence during one of his repo jobs. Emilio Esteves plays the repo guy. It is sort of a cult status film due to its bizzare, almost "Blue Velvet" type of strangeness. (minus the violence and perverts) happy hunting all.
