eps are 360mb/ 44min, or abt 2/3 standard, which is fine for TV, you wont miss anything.

@Reed - It may be "better quality" but your torrent has two whole seeders. That will take weeks to download. I'd prefer to take the lower quality, as I will purchase the blu ray myself if I enjoy the show.
