The aspect ratio is wrong. I'm pretty sure it should be 1280x688, and the video quality is terrible.
If you're after a 720p version of this movie in a small file size, this version (at least judging from the sample) is much better.

I suspect the aspect ratio of the torrent I linked to above is also slightly incorrect.
This one seems to be right and the quality is better than the one I linked to in my previous comment as it's a BRRip, not a HDTVRip.
