What this program does is examine the game image and looks for what people call garbage or unused data. This is filler in the image that has no game data in it. Wiiscrubber takes this and converts the code to 0s so that the image will in turn compress much more. The result is usually a huge cut in size once the image is compressed. Some images will compress to only a few hundred mb! Keep in mind that when you extract these images, the images themselves will still be over 4gb in size according to Windows. game doesnt load movie after first level. all you can do is walk around on the roof with ur buddies...lame. and as for the mulitplayer. its good sometimes the mapping goes invisable but the game is fine. some lag shooting but thats the servers which should be fixed with a patch

im pretty new to all this so if that doesnt make much sence im sorry.. but i just played around with the cios installer after it wouldnt load and it is working perfectly now.. for usbloader GX users, i found that not many guides tell you to change the game load settings for the individual game. hope this helps

It's awesome on Dolphin. Any version on base settings. Only thing I check extra are:
Texture Cache: Accuracy: Safe . . . Fast (Fast or just left of it).
Disable Fog
OpenMP Texture Decoder
OpenCL Texture Decoder
Now,
Fast Mipmaps
Disable Pixel-Per Depth
Both should be prechecked. If not, do so. Leave everything else alone & most NTSC-U games work fine. Pal will give problems. Took me along time to figure this out. You're welcome.

For those having problem running it, you have to use IOS 251. I tried it with USB Loader GX and it worked perfectly.

Use IOS 224 to run the game without any problems.

And to everyone who cant for some reason figure sh*t out on your own...Use PowerISO to burn and its a rar file which means you have to extract it using WinRAR simple as that. And if you have PowerISO already,the file should automatically show up as an ISO file that looks like a golden disc. Any other issues I suggest you see this guide it will help you with the IOS for the USB Loaders. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT! EVEN HINT ABOUT PIRACY OR TORRENT DOWNLOAD.
