Do not download this! High def video & audio, but some drunk from the MPAA is "commenting" on the scenes later in the movie. Very clever, those MPAA fucks, are. We always win. Arrgh. :)

I think what you hear is the audio commentary track, so you can simply select the main audio track (AC3 5.1) in your player and you are good to go.
There is nothing wrong with this rip.
