wow, im impressed, it actually worked. Kaspersky Detecte 3 "Unwanted Software".
No Virus, Trojan, Adware or bla bla bla. Just "un-wanted" so i dont think there's a problem with this.

I tried it on a french version of XP Pro, non corporate, with SP3.
And it has worked ok. I did all that was indicated. When I restarted, the notification was still there but then it disappeared and the normal background came back. I restarted again and everything was fine. *thumbs up*
My anti-virus didn't get in the way though.

When I try to run any of the cmd prompt .exe's, it gives me this message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." I'm logged in as the admin, so I don't know if that's the problem. Do you think the files are corrupt and I should re-download them? I investigated the properties of the file, and upon closing the properties window a new file popped up, a shortcut to it that has the MS DOS icon with the colored bubble letters. So I clicked on it and it exited. I went to properties on that and unchecked "close upon finishing". I clicked on it again and it ends up reading simply "Access denied". The title says [Inactive Windows XP Keygen.exe] Which makes me rethink the problem with permissions. Help?

I tried in safe mode and it worked fine. When I try to activate though it says its unable to connect to let me activate it. Thats not the program's problem though just mine. Thanks for the patcher!

I used some other WGA crack which resulted in my XP PRO locking me out the OS. When I try to login to one account (e.g. Admin), it asks me to activate. Before using this crack I only had illegal version notification but I was still able to login. Will this work and if so how do I go about it?

Just downloaded, followed instructions, couldn't change my product key, but no big deal. Ran the wga-fix.exe, deleted the old LegitCheckControl.dll file, redownloaded and installed the wgatool from M$ website... and to much my surprise, 100% Genuine, passed all forms of validation, Online at MS website, offline installing validation req. software, and passed the newest MGA Diag tool from M$ as well... My hat is off to the coder, this wga-fix file works perfect, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Oh, forgot to mention my copy is XP Pro Sp3 Retail.
