are these games played on your computer? Can someone give me some slight insight? I'm willing to research on it but I need some one to give me a clue. I just leaned how to download ds games on a r 4 card.

its simple..
you need whats called an "Emulator", in this case "project64". Emulators are more or less a translator program that allows the game to work with the computer.
after you have your emulator open it and click "file" then "open" and select the game you wish to play.
there are emulators for many consoles. ePSXe is for PS1 and FCEU for the NES and ZSNES for the SNES. its pretty simple.
