works perfectly, just install and use the serial thats already in the text field, and then change it once its installed. Just to be safe I clicked unticked the box to send usage data to Nero, I'm not sure if updates work but ill give it a shot,

Works Great!
1.) Install with demo key
2.) Go to start > All Programs > Nero > Nero 11 > Nero Control Center
3.) Delete the Demo key
4.) Click Add and type the serial key given in the download folder
