Managed to get it working after deleting pk.txt from sdcard/copilot/save left over by previous version.
Once I had done this the fresh install did not ask for a serial and worked from the off.
If you are upgrading take note.
Otherwise a great release!

How do I separate the a country in a specific region, I'm trying to get just the UK maps and I don't want to hold 2gb of Europe maps in my phone when I know I wont really be using them. Need the space on my phone for other things

If you prefer just one country by your selection, don't install the folder with maps on SD card, just simply after the installation of .apk run the program, follow the on screen instruction and then select desired country from the menu. I recommend wi-fi conection and simply download the map from server... I did it just for one country from Central Europe and woks with no problem... and the serial no. is the same as in the previous version 8.2.0.218... SeeYa :)

Hi there, it did work fine for few days, then it kept coming with the "force close" every time I start it in my samsung galaxy s . tried new installation after I removed the old one, now is asking for Licence key which didn't do before and the one given comes as wrong licence key. any suggestion please. regards.

2) Pnone (Nexus s - ver 2.3.4) Restarting every time i quit co pilot.

Another Success story...
I installed it on my Galaxy Gio. I downloaded only ME maps and the total download was only 62mb.
Installed as directed by uloader.
it didnt asked for serial and everything just went fine.
Also able to download UAE maps online within the app. and voice data as well.

Worth mentioning: If you get "error downloading" when trying to set up the *eng-usa voice, just try again and select John or Lisa and it will go thru. You can later change it to *eng-usa (robotic voice) and it will function normally.
