Only problem with Riot Games P2P launcher is that you have to patch up the v1.43.11 for about 1-2hrs after you download it. So this is quicker when more download and seed

I downloaded, extracted, and created an account with them. But when I try and open the LoL launcher it says "The program can't start because d3dx9_39.dll is missing from your computer." Any idea what that means?
