No, the final season premieres Jan 16, 2009 on SciFi. Depending on where you read it, there are either 10 or 11 episodes in the final season.

Completely wrong. There are 20 episodes in the final (4th) season. 10 have already aired, the remaining 10 will begin airing Jan 16th and will every week till the end.

Okay, if you want to be technical, although I wouldn't call it COMPLETELY wrong. IMHO, any time you have a year between two halves of a season, you may as well call it two seasons. In fact I think the DVD marketers agree. Battlestar Galactica season 4.0 is already out on DVD. The upcoming episodes will likely be referred to as season 4.5.
