I used DAEMON tools, mounted the iso file into the virual CD/DVD drive and made in run, then replaced it with a no cd crack

How do I get this to work? I couldn't mount it. I'm using Daemon Tools, and when I mount it it says I need the disc. Is it possible to get this to work without mounting the CD image (extracting it etc)?
