Haven't checked out this one, but why not visit Ubuntu's official website and download the latest version from there (ISO-file you must burn to a CD in order to install), i/o downloading this obsolete version. It's free anyway. Ubuntu release new versions literally every half year and a new one should be out now this April.... Start from "Square One", do a fresh installation and you'd be surprised how trouble-free and fantastic the Linux Ubuntu is.
