Thanks for the upload..but on another note,do you know how I can delete the the HD files from before from my computer please.I really need help on this.Thanks in advance

It finish downloading and the PC didn't go off while downloading at all.Everytime I tried deleting it or opening the file,the windows stopped working and crashed.I also tried deleting it in safety mode but still doesn't work.How do I delete during reboot??
