Possible that its a leaked BF3 alpha. There are alpha vids on youtube, "leaked".

I'm 99% certain this is legit.
I was able to download the build-history.txt document and saw evidence of Battlefield 3, and the files in the torrent appear to be correct. If the uploader seeded we'd be set.
