DirectX10 RC2 Fix 3-Pre-Final

as there is no seeder for this torrent i decided to reup myself for those who would like to give a try anyway. Found on another torrent as well as on internet... 100 % clean and verified my several anti-virus,anti-spyware has been made to create a special support for XP users for DirectX 10 games and few effects about. and seems work anyway. No big support from my part as i'm not the author of this file but remembering i just have downloaded it approximaly two years ago for one of my computer on XP Worked for me anyway also.
