Paprika (2006)

Three scientists at the Foundation for Psychiatric Research fail to secure a device they've invented, the D.C. Mini, which allows people to record and watch their dreams. A thief uses the device to enter people's minds, when awake, and distract them with their own dreams and those of others. Chaos ensues. The trio - Chiba, Tokita, and Shima - assisted by a police inspector and by a sprite named Paprika must try to identify the thief as they ward off the thief's attacks on their own psyches. Dreams, reality, and the movies merge, while characters question the limits of science and the wisdom of Big Brother. This is a must see movie if you liked "Akira", "Metropolis" and other movies of the same caliber. I was also very surprised at how well the english dubbing was done. As usual, japanese anime blows away any american animation. We are so far behind the japanese.Thanks goes out to the uploader for this awsome u/l!!!!

Sweet thanks for the dub man ill seed this until im at least a 3.0 ratio ive been wanting a dubb for this and i couldnt even get one with hard subbs (which I need to watch it on my 360) @THX_1138/phantazmo I love anime and disney movie (mainly older stuff but I love all the new pixar stuff) I would agree that we're behind the japanese on terms of animation but they are far behind us on terms of live action (hollywood) films and CG special effects in live action films.
