Does not work for me! Unpacks OK but when I try to run the game the screen is VERY unstable and flickers a lot. So much so I cannot read what is one the screen, it is all distorted and streaking.
I have tried launching in basic screen resolution and as a compatible XP Sp1 & 2 with no luck. Have the latest Intel 3 GHZ and NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT.

i flicked threw a few pages on there and loads of people have the black screen problem & graphical glitched, and most people ordered it directly lol, there is a few ideas on there to try get the game running. i got it running on a 1.7ghz with gf6200 first time :P run slow but was still playable on lowest gfx.

I am using an Intel Dualcore and also running Windows 7 64 Bit as well which does not help.

i have a connection that allows me speed of 25 Kb/s in best chances , and take up to 10 (!!DAYS!!) to get a big game like FEAR2 , and even so , i freaked out a couple days ago when TPB went down and boy , was i glad to see it up and running again , i thought this time it really was it... no more free stuff for anyone.

hey nitro_boy and fig455 here is the answer to your problem just go to the folder where you install your game, in the game folder there is another folder named 'Extra' go to that folder and run the 'XLiveRedist' it will install the 'xlive.dll' file in your computer and you can play the game after installation. thats it

This took 4 or 5 hours for me to download. Norton freaked out when the installer started restoring files into the specified folder, "Restorer.exe". Yes, I know, it's not a actual problem, there are no viruses in this download, I was just sharing what happened when I installed. It DID take a while like they said, 20-30 minutes for me to install. It's a great game, and would recommend it to anyone.
