with both cracks? try both! first crack work for me and sry that dont work for you really. just put both files in GTA dir make backup first to avoid reinstalling. and dont copy it in offlineactivation :)

Wait a minute. The fucking savegame is server side? What if I want to download a savegame so I don't have to play the game for fucking 80 hours in order to do certain things? If there is no way to save the game locally then R* really can go fuck themselves because this is just going way too far.
I always buy games I like, but SERVER SIDE SAVEGAMES? Fuck that shit sideways dude. No way. Seriously, as time goes on, I see PC gaming as a whole being severely damaged by people who choose to go apeshit with protection schemes like this. How the fuck is this fair? 360 guys can just download this fucking game and play it without ANY issues or DRM of any kind.
What a shame. R* needs to learn from Valve. I've purchased every valve game I own because they valve kicks ass. R* can stroke a cock if they think I'm going to put up with server-side savegames.

Yes server sided savegames that sucks but R* implemeted this for security reasons you know pirate versions and shit! OH AND BTW i managed to play LAN game with my friend over hamachi! The only mp mode i could not run is RACING. :(

FIX FOR DRUNKEN CAM:
Cam is shaking? Close the game, and restart. Voila, perfectly playable!
Next time you start, it'll have the shaky cam again.
Just close it and restart, perfectly playable again.
Works all the time.

HOW TO SAVE GAMES:
Unplug from the internet (literally pull the cable out while you play the game).
Make sure to close down RS Social Club before replugging it.
When the game starts or tries to autosave, it'll tell you that you must be logged into an account.
Accept to log-in/create profile in Windows Live tab (WHITHIN THE GAME) and click on "Create OFFLINE account"
Create some fake account, this will only be seen by you on your computer (unless you're stupid enough to try and play online with a cracked game).
There ya go, any questions?
Oh and "RMN40 error" or whatever is because you probably don't have SP3 (winXP) or SP1 (Vista), both of which are available on Microsoft's site.

Thats funny it never asked me for any CD-KEY. All i did was i started IE and go to live. I downloaded games for windows application as game requires. I started the app. and loged in with my msn account i have for 2 years now. It asked me to redirect on live.com to input nickname and avatar picture. I saved it and went to game. After that game logs me in automaticly as i pressed cretate offline accout or something... Hope this helps.
GFW dont have nothing to do with serial protection it only hosts savefiles and rank of somesort.

Turning off daemon tools seems to fix the camera issue. I've been playing for 15 minutes without any problems. To save, just create an offline account and the problem is fixed.

3. Set GTA4.exe & GTA4Launcher.exe compatibility mode to Windows 2000. Do not mess with settings with other files such as rockstar games social club.
Your drunken camera will not get fixed.
Now create an offline profile to save your games progress.
