Looks fine to me! There is some "interlace", but that is no problem here.
I used to have the television on while working, back before "digital" television. I did not watch this program, but I did hear it, at least once per day. That was well over ten years ago, so this video produces very pleasant memories of less hectic times. (Well... pleasant feelings, as there are no real memories involved!)
