I would assume it's something to do with TPB server script.....or similar issue.

Can't connect to any seeds by way of comcast in the states.
Picking up a lot of Big Brother IPs [DoD (department of defense) and US Postal service] on the tracker.

I was having similar issues until I opened the torrents in µTorrent, then they started up just fine, though I did also notice the large number of DoD IP connections that were attempted.

If it doesn't start to leech, just force the start.
If that doesn't help, close the torrent and start it again. That should do the trick. Thank you again eztv you're the best!
