I don't know what's with all these BS comments calling it perfect, when every video has a watermark on it that can't be removed. That seems pretty far from perfect. Also, apparently it's just a trial version, as it clearly states "this isn't free" when you click the tab at the top. This post is horrible. Who wants to have a huge watermark directing them to a site, on every video? It was a quick download, then thirty minutes for a conversion, only to find out that it's useless, and just like every other trial conversion software out there. Thanks for the information in the comments as well... "It's perfect!" Idiots probably didn't even try it, and are just commenting on the speed of the download, and whether or not it opened.

I got multiple error codes during installation on Windows 7, x86.
I hit ignore on all of them. Program installed but would not covert VOB, IFO, BUP files into AVI.
Not sure if program is buggy or it just doesn't covert those files...

Xilisoft added a hidden registey key, which wont allow you to add any more keys after the first key gets blocked. So here is a workaround:
1. Start
2. Run
3. Type in Regedit
4. Select HKEY_USERS
5. Press Ctrl + f (Search)
6. Search for {C06F4056-C35F-4bf8-A93A-9F098F3E503D}
7. Delete the Key, including the subkeys

Hey ChattChitto, I use alot of your software because it they all kick ass. I'm having an extreme issue with this one. With your other torrents being perfect I don't believe its your fault. Its obviously the makers issue. I use K-Lite for all my codecs. WMP plays them all without fail. But after installing this program, WMP will not play certain files anymore. Expecially Flash files. WMP freezes & consums 100% of the CPU. When I uninstall this program WMP plays all files without fail once again. Get this crap off your upload list ChattChitto, your torrents kick ass!!!
