imgnatkursld, ive never had any issues like that before. ive only received prompts to insert the disk. there should be no errors with the "ja2cd.iso". Ive given it to several friends without error. I would attempt to install it again, or try a different Virtual Disc program.
If all else fails try a different torrent, or purchase the game. (I found it at a local Hastings store for ten bux) This game really is one of a kind, and alot of fun. I personally have played it for almost three years, and many of my friends since its release (2003) and they still love it as do I.

yes. you have to mount disc one to play. that's only a small down side tho, considering it does not affect the game play at all, or windows either. the crack for the game never worked for me. the crack only supports single player. if that's all you wanted to play then your missing out on the great multiplayer this game has.
if your missing assets1.pk3 try re-downloading the torrent. if your missing it, then something went wrong during installation.
to install: Mount disc one(jacd.iso) with daemontools. Run installer. the installer will request disc 2 around 50%. at that time mount disc two(ja2cd.iso), and continue the installation. the installation should finish, then you can mount disc one again, and play the game as you wish.

But I have a little problem. When I try to play in MultiPlayer, the browser searches for servers but... it finds nothing :/. I tried joining with Qtracket but it failed... Hm. Anyone can help me?

Good download...Virus free.... but im trying to put in a mod using winrar u know extracting it to the base folder but it keeps telling me that " winrar can only add files to rar or zip files" i dont get that maybe i need another archiver if i do can some 1 help me out? and im doin this in the "jacd file not the other 1 with the 2 in it". any way its simple dl works fine and idiot proof

some mounting tools lame or outdated as they are dont recognize the file format, just open your mouting tool click view all files and click and run it.

i have deamon tools lite 4.11 for vista maybe old? also i dl power iso and added my pk.3 mod in folder and yea i think you right about it not reading it but i havent found that view all command on it may be im slo....

i got it workin all i did was have it install a desktop icon and opened up file location, from there i put in mods ty for the help,

To install a mod:
place the .pk3 into ...\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base folder. Usually on sites like www.jk3files.com the mods include installation directions for each individual mod.
If you looking to open a .pk3 file, then google PakScape.
If your having trouble mounting a disc:
try googling the name of your disc mounting software, and check their site for instructions on how to mount discs.
The discs' included with this torrent are:
jacd.iso (this is disc one)
ja2cd.iso (this is disc two)
these are the files you need to mount.
To install:
Mount disc one(jacd.iso) with daemontools. Run installer. the installer will request disc 2 around 50%. at that time mount disc two(ja2cd.iso),in the same virtual drive, and continue the installation. the installation should finish, then you can mount disc one again, and play the game as you wish.
For those of you who dont understand what exactly a "virtual drive" is:
Basically its just like the cd-rom in your computer. Just this one you cant see, and the cd's are on your harddrive. "Mounting" a disc is like putting a cd in your cd-rom. Mounting a different disc into the same virtual drive is like taking out the old disc and putting in the next disc.

open the .rar file
highlight the .pk3 file
right click on it
select extract to the specified folder
browse to your base folder
and select OK
Run your game and the mod should be installed
and as always: refer to the site/page you got the mod from, for specific instructions on how to install the mod.

hey syuperhaxor i installed the game and monted disk 1 but when i try to play mulitplayer says cant find file jamp.exe,and when i try to play singleplayer it says cant find jasp.exe how would i fix this problem?

Great upload superhaxor007!! fast download and, i did had some trouble with mounting CD2, but the key is to "replace" the CD1 Image INTO the CD2 Iso, and it works just fine.

I'd like to say that I had no problems getting this to work. Everything went just fine.
To all of you with assets.pk3 issues...
Halfway through the installation process you should get a popup saying something about a pk file. It's also telling you to insert disc 2. If you're using Daemon Tools Lite (hint: use it), you simply need to unmount jacd.iso and mount ja2cd.iso. When it's done, you'll need to unmount that iso and mount the first iso again.
