Total audio bitrate is 31 kbps (for the two channels) with a sample rate of of 24 kHz (instead of the usual 44.1 kHz). That's just too compressed and it has clearly negative audible repercussions. 6 / 10
Same thing for video, in my opinion, it's too compressed, with pixel count too high for the file size. Backgrounds are pixelated and dark areas are blurred, too much... 7/10
