it's a copy of the loose cannon recon which was withdrawn when the BBC did their own version and is considered quite rare, the quality is not great but many people will be interested in seeing the LC versionstilljacktwenty (2008-03-21)

The Tenth Planet hasn't been released on DVD (Yet), However the BBC did release it on VHS and they included a recon to replace the missing episode 4.Loose Cannon had made a reconstruction of episode 4 prior to the release of the BBC VHS.
This recon has been very difficult to find, and if you would like it on DVD, you should be able to find it on Mininova.
