Plot:
More than 10 years after 'Terminator 2', John Connor now exists only as a drifter - living 'off the grid', so no more Terminators from the future can hunt him down. Unfortunately, SkyNet does send another one back - and this one is called the T-X, even more powerful & advanced than the dreaded T-1000. However, another CSM-101 Terminator is also sent back to protect John against the T-X. Now, Skynet is patiently assuming control of civilian computer systems, under the guise of a computer virus. John has also met his future wife, Kate Brewster, whose father - a U.S. Air Force General - is in charge of the military computer systems & is leery of up linking SkyNet. However, when the SkyNet virus infects the U.S military computers & leaves the country open to attack, the machines begin their horrific takeover. Soon a nuclear war will result - and the war against the machines will begin. Can the outdated CSM-101 Terminator eliminate the highly advanced T-X - or will a darker future await man following the nuclear attack?

Anyone know how to fit this movie onto a 25GB Blu Ray Disc...50GB Blu Ray Disc are still too expensive...Please, Please helpI3aker5Duzin (2009-01-16)
all you need is the files that have the actual movie, you don't need all the filler unless you plan on playing in blu-ray format. I'd suggest encoding only the movie files and then burning in your preferred HD format, i.e. x264, vc-1, etc.xylolz (2009-01-24)

Can get cheaper 50GB discs from Amazon. Some films are worth spending a little extra to get it. Still cheaper than buying the origninal bluray film.exateit (2009-07-02)
I know how to shrink a 50GB movies on to a 25GB bluray disk.Firstly, download a programme called BDRebuilder.
In BDRebuilder you can set the 'Source' by adding the BDMV folder of the film you want to shrink.
Then in the 'Writing path' create a folder in on of you Harddrive directories where you want the final piece to save.
Then under the 'Mode' tab you can set whether you want Full backup (meaning the full bluray movies with all special features - not you loose some quality, best example is thinking how you get best quality out of DVD shrink, by removing certain audio streams and subtitles etc), or you can choose 'Movie only Backup' (generally you'll get better quality overall - removes all special features and menues etc).
Then under 'Settings' tab - you can set the target file size eg, BD 5 (4.7GB), BD 9 (8.5GB) or BD25 (25GB) or custom size (advanced). So yes you can create Bluray discs using blank DVD discs and it will play like a bluray movies. I tend not to compress so much but to keep as best the quality as you can.
Be patient - using a Quad-core it took around 12hours to re-encode Independence Day froma 50GB bluray to fit on a 25GB bluray disc.
More info can be found on doom9 forums.
Hope that helps
