These capabilities may be more important than missiles and satellites in meeting crises yet to come, and point to the potential for dissident action against the control centers and lines of communication of a totalitarian power."

Can anyone help in telling me how to convert this to mp3? I tried Noteburner 2.11, didn't work, Xilisoft Audio Converter didn't work either.

IMToo will convert to mp3. I think Soundforge will too, but IMToo is much simpler
