Thank you haleim for downloading. However, the Schwartz file does not have any table of contents, digital or scanned, chapter markers or an index.
to find any chapter you have to SCROLL, SCROLL SCROLL through the pages, or rely on search.
ARRGHHHH... :-(
it would have been nice if you could have published this in .chm. another option --though less familiar would be to at least provide a document outline in adobe, though that will require acrobat.
