Yes it ist. Blu-ray _RIPS_ are 2GB/4.3GB or 5-8GB. Just as dvd-rips are not 4.3 rather than 700mb. 2GB or 4.3GB blu-ray/hd-rips are best for burning, 5-8GB bly-ray rips are rather useless coz they need dual-layer dics and fast computer to playback them.
