I think that this update doesnt work. I dont see any changes in game, for example speed game regulation.

I hope this helps some. There was a terrible bug with the placement of the mouse cursor unless you are zoomed in all the way. From what I could tell you had to place the mouse cursor far below a unit to select it. Also the AI sucks, often your units just sit there while being attacked.

It does work iv'e tested it my self. I can now see water for example.

Patch works, fix the minor problem with putting units on the walls and selecting enemy to attack how ever on Vista it crushes in most of maps after same period of time(how ever before patch it did not), so for me its still not playable ;(

wowcabbage, maybe that not seeing water problem originated from anti aliasing, I have this problem with many games. Just disable it through CCC or the nVidia counterpart.

also @wowcabbage ; thanks a lot for uploading this. SO many bugs in the game, I hope this fixes at least some of them. Downloading now and will come back to say whether it has worked or not.

Actually, when you load from the game to the gameplay (the sword has loaded), it causes a runtime error in visual C++ and then the game stops working (stronghold3.exe has stopped working). I'll see if I can fix it, if not, thanks for going through the effort to do this.
