Hey could you please help me. when i run cucusoft it says local user account is invalid and cannot continue to use so i run it in administrator and it says user account is invalid and cannot continue to use anymore. i have tryed installing it but it does the same. please help

hey i kinda found a solution but i dont know if it would work for others, right click on the cucusoft shortcut and click on the file location then click on the application above MP4ConverterSuite which is MP4 converter, it should work. you can also try running Cucusoft as administrator by right clicking the cucusoft icon and selecting run as administrator

I got that error message like everyone else so what I did is run it as administrator. It gave me the option of adding another email/serial number in so I did that.
It works when I run it as an admin now. This is honestly the best converting software for apple products and videos in general.
Everything else is crappy compared to this.

I keep getting an error message saying

**Error: Local User Account is invalid, cannot continue to use anymore.
Can anyone help me with this ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling using different keys but it keeps popping up after I choose DVD or Video

i reinstalled it which didnt work ran as admin gave the fake email and code , still not working !
but as the invalid pop up show it clicked it via the red cross and it has stayed on ...

Does it work with iPhone 4? In profile, all I see is iPhone, iPhone 3G and 3GS. Unless the regular iPhone is the iPhone 4 one.

Using the Admin option does disable the problem of not being able to use it again. I was turning off my internet while encoding before, after running as admin, all is good. THANX FOR UPLOAD

NO GO for me, Ohh yeah program installs register and comes on. BUT simple trying to convert MP4 to audio, first, it don't even have possibility convert to WAVE audio, lol, then, ok lets do lossless mp3 at least. I get INSTALL DATAEXTRACTOR FILTER ERROR. Apparently it does not recognize codecs. I have codecs for everything in the world. I can definitely play any hd formats like mkv or mp4. So i guess i can try find some filters import solution, but will i find any??? So tired of these things.

ok Filter error was incomplete mp4. It does work fine for any other mp4. I mean it DID work once. Now i have same user account error as others. Canceling message, running as admin, no avail. I have soft. firewall, anything goes online it's asking first. Connection never happened. Nice soft tho. For now i'll stick with RiverPast Audio converter Pro.
