Dual audio just means you have the option of choosing two different languages, which is either english or japanese as the main voices.
Considering this movie was made in 1984 the video quality is great, the subtitles are in sync with audio as well.

There is no duel audio here, just Jap. I tried it in many different players and there doesn't seem to be any other tracks embedded and no other files are included with the torrent.
