The name on the folder was apparently to long for winrar, had to shorten it down to make it work. After that it Worked fine.

Thanks for posting the solution on opening these files. I renamed all of the files; and it worked!
Just remember to keep the file numbers. For example, seconds.from.disaster.r00, seconds.from.disaster.r01, etc.
