Framerate is very wrong. Extra frames inserted, which makes movements weird.

The framerate is not 'wrong' and no 'extra frames' were inserted. the framerate is a standard NTSC 29.970 fps, identical to the NTSC DVD source I used. Exactly.
Methinks you might have this confused with the 'SecretMyth' DVDScr (screener) done by my partner.

The screener dvd itself had a really odd low framerate which made the movements a little 'weird' as you can tell from the comments. This one does not share that issue at all.
