To make an account you need to first make an account at http://game.euphrogame.com/cp/Log in, and "select RO2 Beta Server" from the drop down menu and create an account for the game.
NOTE: Do NOT attack monsters while in a party. Doing so crashes the ma server, which needs to be manually reset. This means long periods without RO2. In short, solo!
