This torrent has successfully finished downloading and I am trying to upload it back. Unfortunately the torrent is in "Queued seed" status so it won't upload. Can someone please solve this problem so I can continue to seed the torrent for others? Thank you.

New to this. I've set up my account but every torrent I attempt to dnload, very soon shows a red x & tells me "Access is denied".
What am I doin' wrong?
