bah you almost made me happy gotten a new 42tum plasma tv and I tried watching my old Xena dvdrips(these) a few days ago and they was a bit blurry at least if i wasn't sitting far away from the tv and even a bit at 3-4meters which is my max. I thought you had uploaded some new dvdrips which would look great :(

These rips are significantly lower in quality than the DVD, particularly the recompressed, bubbling mud mp3 audio track. The source indeed isn't good by today's standards: it's temporarily denoised, leaving static noise behind and no texture on moving objects. But the grainy picture requires at least 2 megabits to look good.
