Thanks very much for this. She was a legend and I was lucky enough to see her a few times as Giselle and the Dying Swan.
As far as the audio problem you mention on "Bolero," there are a number of excellent uploads easily found on YouTube. You may want to grab one of them and transfer it to .avi (the video quality is better as well).

I forgot to mention: "Bolero," with choreography by Maurice Béjart, was filmed in 1977, when Plisetskaya was 51.

My bad: this is a later performance with the Bolshoi Ballet (with all the men in white tops). It also cuts off before the end of the ballet. The version I recommend is with Béjart's Ballet of the 20th Century from 1977, and the men are in all kinds of dress, and one muscle man goes bare-chested
