Trots all nazi-referenser så har skivan ingenting med nazism att göra. Vad Residents i själva verket vill säga med allt det här är att musikindustrin var lika fascistisk på 60-talet som den är idag. Ett annat syfte med denna skiva kan vara att ta ner musiken på jorden och satirisera över likheter mellan att dyrka popstjärnor som gudar och blint följa politiska ledare. Som en bonus har jag slängt in en cover på Rolling Stones gamla 60-talshit "Satisfaction", som finns med på vissa nyutgåvor av den här skivan. (eng) 60's pop as the Residents remember it. Despite all the nazi imagery, this album has nothing to do with nazism. What the Residents are saying is simply that the music industry were just as fascist in the 60's as it is today. Another possibly purpose of this album might be to bring the music down to earth and to satirize the similarities between worshipping popstars as gods and to blindly follow political leaders. As a bonus, I've included a cover of Rolling Stones' old hit "Satisfaction", which appear on some reissues of this album.
