Ernie Davis is a name which may not be remembered by all, in fact, his predecessor and mentor, Jim Brown, is often more easily distinguishable and remembered than Ernie Davis, and yet, even Jim Brown continues to speak the praises of Ernie Davis. I am a fan of sports dramas, especially those which successfully attempt to bring other issues such as racism into the storyline. True stories are even better, and with acting by Rob Brown and Dennis Quaid which is superb, this film is truly a great film to watch. I urge you to download it and try it, even if you decide not to keep it, it's worth seeing at least once.
