This was always my least favorite of the Narnia books when I used to reread them over and over (27 years ago). As a movie it is even less entertaining than I remember the book being.
This is two AVI files, each ~700MB. Together they total 2.5 hours. Such a long movie, and yet it never really seems to go anywhere.
My biggest complaint is that the Telmarine's in the book wore turbans and carried scimitars. I guess that would make Lewis' depiction of Christainity versus Islam too obvious, and too contentious.

Got a problem audio problem with this release, I use Classic Media Player with CCCP codec pack.
The only issue is that I have background music, but when the actors speak I can't hear them, I only see the subtitles appears. Can anyone help me?

Katiana: i had the same problem. i used VLC player and i could only hear the background music and not their voices. so i switched to windows media player and it worked. hope that helps.
