Just download OJOsoft total video converter and u can change the video type to avi or even mp4 for your ipod, zune or psp

Good quality. It may be just me but it did appear, at times, the audio was out of sync with the video by literally 0.00001 seconds. Still very viewable and not distracting.
Hilarious Dane Cook, as always. A must see.
