Look it's not good net etiquette to ask an uploader to change to ask them to change the upload because you don't know how to convert the codec.
Parxmedia is using the FLAC format because it has the smallest footprint of all lossless formats. Perhaps the best thing to do is to ask how to convert the codec. Mp3 formats have a large file size and are lossey. Which means they lose quality every time you copy them.
So let's get down to conversion. If you tell me what operating system you're using then I can probably recommend a method/software to help you do the job.
Please note I'm using a mac but I can probably rustle up some ideas for windows as well (because I've been using computers for a hell of a long time).
