could use some more work: the concept of the ship just being anywhere the mouse moves is just very very brutal. Putting some more owrk into forcing the craft to lag a bit behinfd the mouse wouldnt be that hard. scrolling speed is stationary, and the ship can only move halfway up the screen. Gamerate is choppy, enemy sprites are very flat feeling, not giving enough 'presence', with powerups looking similar to enemies.Reconsider control scheme, plus just a bit more work on the sprites and this could work out. good effort still.
