The crack folder happens to be empty. What do I do after install?

My bad. My firewall blocked the patch file, so I had to turn it off.

The patch corrupts the files. I have tried it with the patch in the basic folder and I have tried it without and I have YET to see the patch create a PROPER exe file. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Perhaps the patch was written for a previous version and someone did not bother to check it out when they put it with this version?
