just started to watch classics and watched few Paul Newman films like The Hustler, Hud,Cat on a hot tin roof. This man was a great actor. has become a fan of him in the year 2011 ! hah technology :D

not a great film..? ranked 133 on the imdb top 250, oscar nominated screenplay..
and out of africa, while being a truly excellent film, probably wouldnt be considered a classic.. at least not yet anyway

I'm a bit surprised they didn't remix the audio for the BR release. Still a great flick, and most AVR's will up-convert the audio anyways.

this is true re: subtitles. and note that with VLC you can customize how they are handled: instead of adjusting for each file each time, in "preferences" the preferred texted language can be selected or they can be disabled altogether. Same goes for audio language. Until I realized this I was much more selective.
