You need a bit torrent client that will allow you to download parts of a torrent as well as the whole torrent. I use BitTorrent 6.4. When I open a torrent in it, a window pops up that shows all the different files in a torrent with a check mark next to the part. There are two button in the window: select all, and select none. I click the select none button and the check marks disappear. Then I check the sample and click OK. You are then only downloading the sample. If you like the quality you can open your torrent client and the open the torrent. Click the select all button, then the OK button. You are now downloading the entire torrent. Other torrent clients operate the same way.

2. We did, in fact, use nuclear weapons against the Empire of Japan. Not only did that action save far more lives than it took, but it was also only necessary because the majority of our resources were busy saving europe from the Socialists, which it has since strived to emulate.(And, lets not forget that it worked perfectly. ;D In the final battle for Japan, no Americans were killed, and Japan became incapable of launching surprise attacks on it's peaceful neighbors.)
3. Americans are not inherently more violent than Europeans. In fact, Britain's crime rate is significantly higher than ours, though it's citizens are not allowed to use firearms(Cause and effect, me thinkz. ;[ ).
4. America is not, in fact, inherently stupid. We just really don't care about European culture, history, or opinion. We have far more important matters to deal with(Like keeping the world safe from Totalitarianism, Theocracy, and corrupt European Beaurocrats).

I will admit that America has acted with ignorance, putting its nose in the worlds business, but that is a tendency that was learned. An example of how we should (in my opinion), be involved, is with Iran; if I knew that Iran would not allow Hezbollah to get its hands on nuclear materials, then more power to them, build tons of reactors, but I don't. The quality is so/so, keep in mind it's a screener. It goes to b&w for 2-3 seconds every 20 minutes or so. The movie itself is pretty stupid. I found it very hard to take it seriously, ended up rating it at 2/10 on IMDB.
