Try to mount this in Deamon Tools. I'm using Deamon Tools Lite 4.12.3 and everything works perfect.
One more thing - there are problems with some EA games if you're installing and running them on Vista and you don't have administrator priviledges. Never encountered this problem on XP though...

You have to use Daemon Mount them. Mount rld-nu2a first of course.

Walkthrough:
1. Download the files;
2. Download Daemon or buy two CDs
3. Mount the files with Daemon or burn the CDs
3.1 Install Daemon
3.2 Open it
3.3 Click in its icon near the windows clock
3.4 Change the open mask to all files
3.5 Select the first CD
4. Open the install of NSFU2 if it do not autorun
5. Click in next until it asks you for the CD key
6. Write the CD key (e.g. 7UGY F7E3 2ZXS W6AQ RLD0)
7. When it reaches on 50%(a bit more) it will asks for you to insert the CD 2
8. Insert the CD 2 or mount it with Daemon
9. After install it go to the second CD folder trough the explorer(My Computer > D:/ or E:/ or whatevs)
10. Copy the file speed2.exe
11. Go to the installation folder(the folder where you just installed NSFU2 default is Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2
12. Paste and overwrite the speed2.exe file
13. Run the speed2.exe file or play it later

Hey ive just downloaded the game and the installation ran absolutely perfect with no problems yet when i overwrite the speed.exe file it still asks for the disk am i doing somethin rong here?

Ahhhh...If it asks for a correct CD key, be SMART and open CD 1 (or 2, it really depends if the cracker put it on Cd 1 or 2) and look for a folder named "Crack" in this case...(NFS:U2, this torrent) you will find two files...Extract them to the installation directory. aka C:(or other)\Program Files\EA Games\Need for Speed Underground 2\
And play =)

for all who have any missing file problem.
1.mount the files or extract them somewhere
2. copy all the files to a new folder bt different folders cd1 and cd 2
4.skip those files with problems. bt make sure you copy all others
3.convert those folders to iso
4. then mount it again or burn
5.install
6.Have fun

For some reason I downloaded the torrent and the two files are both rld-nu2a.bin and rld-n2b.bin
How do I change them to .ISO so I can mount them with daemon?

it works alright, you just need to do what I say, otherwise it really is weird and asks for "missing files" and stuff. so here it is AGAIN for all the noobs:
1. Once this thing is downloaded, you go and download Daemon Tools
2. Once it's done, open Daemon Tools and set number of devices to 2
3. No need to convert these BIN files you downloaded, just mount them to Daemon- open the download folder and mount 'em- each to every drive (so you have two)
4. It will ask for the key, this one worked for me- 1K9H-EY3N-FIGH-TING-4FUN
5. It should install all smoothly from there, if it asks for 2nd cd, just be sure you've mounted it, arg just work it out
6. NOW, once it's installed, DON'T start it, just go to the folder in which you downloaded those BIN files and unrar the first one (rld-nu2a) and once it's there, open the CRACK folder and COPY the speed2 file
7. Now go to the folder you INSTALLED the game into, on mine the path is something like D:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2, and PASTE the cracked speed2.exe file there OVERWRITING the existing one.
8. Have a cuppa and start playing :D

1. Open the drive emulator
2. Right click on the icon on the toolbar located at the bottom right->Virtual CD/DVD-ROM->Set number of devices...->2 drives

6. Follow as prompted ***Don't choose to run the game when exiting installer***
7. To download the crack file: ->Click on the floppy icon->Choose a mirror link
8. Open the downloaded file->go to the installed game folder->Paste the crack by overwriting the existing file

Thank you very much, works perfect Im using vista home basic. I had to convert the .bin 2 .iso because I use Alcohol 120% but thats easy done. Install was easy..Hagaren414's serial and crack link works. thanks seeders took just over 2 hours, im happy with that I'll seed this for a week or so.

Yo to all those that when trying to install come up with piece of **** error 'F:\Support\en-us\readme.txt' from the media' i have figured out the problem for this torrent. Since the torrent came as a BIN file and you converted it to ISO for mounting, if you used something like MagicIso that will fck the BIN file itself so when you install the game it gives you an error. I just used CDBurnerXP and it worked fine.

I think they are trying to tell about the same problem that I do and it starts at the moment you are trying to launch game AFTER it's full installation 'cause speed2.exe doesn't work! It starts, asks for cd, then asks for 2nd cd and after incerting/mounting it shows incert correct disk error and doesn't launch the game. I've used 4 different cracks and none of them worked and they seem pretty copied from one non-working source.

Game plays fine, but I have to keep a drive open to keep it. When I shut down & restart, it removes said virtual drive; which means I have to remount the disk 2 image to play again.
Game DOES keep saved data.

Definitely works, but it's a little buggy. My cars don't show up on the selection screen. I get nothing bug a black screen with the menu on top of it. Otherwise works great. Thanks~!
